All orders are prepared and packed within 3 days of payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimates below.

Delivery times start from the dispatch date and are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Postal delays and customs checks may affect delivery times.

🇮🇹 Shipping to Italy

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days from dispatch.

Orders are shipped via the national postal service. Tracking is not available.

🇪🇺 Shipping to Europe

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days from dispatch.

Tracking is not available.

No customs duties are charged to the customer, including for deliveries to European countries outside the EU. Customs checks for destinations outside the EU may affect delivery times.

🌍 Other Destinations Outside Europe (Excluding the USA)

Estimated delivery time: approximately 14 business days from dispatch.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States

Orders shipped to the United States follow a dedicated shipping process, with final delivery handled by USPS (United States Postal Service).

Estimated transit time to the United States: approximately 10 days from dispatch. After the package enters U.S. territory, delivery is estimated to take an additional 3–5 days.

Tracking becomes available once USPS receives the package. Tracking is not available during the initial international transit.

Any applicable customs duties are covered and are not payable by the customer. Customs processing may still affect delivery times.
